Fall is finally here…well, for some of us! If you’re here with me in Charlotte, NC, you know this 90-degree weather has it feeling like more of an extended summer. Y’all know I’m a summer baby so I’ll take it for as long as I can!
Every year it’s hard to say goodbye to summer, but then I remember that fall shopping is right around the corner and I get excited again. I LOVE fall shopping! Cute jackets, hats, fall colors…fall fashion is 100% my favorite. And y’all know how I am about my sneakers, but I can’t wait to get a pair of boots or two in rotation. I’ve been online shopping for some key pieces to add to my closet, so it’s only right that I share them with you. Let’s get fall ready together! Ready?
I LOVE a good dress, especially when we’re still having these warm days! H&M has the cutest fall shift dresses that can be worn with sneakers and/or booties, and I’m obsessed with them. I wore one on the news last Friday (did you catch me?!). The dress has that perfect fall green in it, and also comes in a gorgeous leopard print. I’m only a little ashamed to admit that yes, I purchased both. *hides face*
BOOTS SEASON! Every time boot season sneaks up on us, I hop online and start stalking pairs I want to add to my wardrobe. I’ve been stalking these over-the-knee boots from Zara for a while, and they still have them listed as coming soon. Like, WHY would they do this to me?! Put your name on the list too, sis; we’re getting these boots!
Looking for a new coat this fall? Here you go! JCPenney has some super cute options. I’d never considered them for my fall looks before, but their collections have impressed me season after season. Don’t sleep! I have this one in Texas Teal, but I’m also loving the Camel option!
Nothing says “Happy fall!” like a new suit! Y’all know how I feel about suits, and this one from Zara is absolutely on my list. You already know my go-to for suits is a dope pair of kicks, and I already have several pairs that would look so good with this suit. Grab one for yourself, too!
And last but not least, I had to add a pair of kicks to the mix. Let’s talk comfort for a bit. As of late, these are the most comfy sneakers I’ve slipped my feet into. Adidas Ozweegos are a must-have; they give a 90s vibe with a modern flair. Adidas has some really cool fall colors coming, but I love the classic and purchased the orange pair a few weeks ago. You’ll definitely be seeing me rock these more often!
