Can you guess where this photo was taken? Yup, I'm back in the gym. I'm really excited about getting in shape and eating right. When I started last year I think I overdid it by working out twice a day, everyday. This year I'm changing things up a bit. 

Shoes: Dillards (sold out but HERE) | Pants: TJMaxx (options)

Here's my plan! 

  • Change my eating habits (meal prep, no fast food, bread once a week) 
  • No soda (I had my first caffeine headache yesterday)
  • Work out 3 times a week for a month then boost it up to 4 then 5.
  • Drink 1 L of water a day.

Not bad right? I have a few friends on this workout journey with me which makes it a lot easier. Make sure you follow my fitness page on Instagram  for inspiration.
