Can you guess where this photo was taken? Yup, I'm back in the gym. I'm really excited about getting in shape and eating right. When I started last year I think I overdid it by working out twice a day, everyday. This year I'm changing things up a bit.
Here's my plan!
- Change my eating habits (meal prep, no fast food, bread once a week)
- No soda (I had my first caffeine headache yesterday)
- Work out 3 times a week for a month then boost it up to 4 then 5.
- Drink 1 L of water a day.
