HIIT, high-intensity interval training, is a technique in which you give 100% effort in quick bursts of exercise. These exercises are usually followed by short recovery periods. These workouts get your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time.
This workout out is all about strength and endurance so you have to be a beauty in beast mode for this one! Perform each exercise continuously for 1 minute. Rest for 20 seconds in between each exercise. Repeat 2 times.
