I like my water like my fashion: simple, fun and unforgettable!

It’s common knowledge that drinking lots of water everyday is beneficial and essential for a healthy body.  However, even I can attest that drinking water all the time can become very drab. 

Adding tasty fruits to your water is like adding the perfect accessories to an outfit: it enhances everything.  And just like that, fruits add flavor, help flush out toxins in your body, stimulate your digestive track and stimulate your immune system.   All it takes is 7 minutes!

  1. Thoroughly clean or peel the skin of your fruit
  2. Slice your fruit
  3. Add them to a container of your choice (water bottle, pitcher, jug)
  4. Add purified water
  5. Refrigerate overnight

 Try substituting your average juices and sodas for fruit infused/detox water for a week!
