I've been lacking motivation lately when it comes to hitting the gym. It's tough when you feel like you're just going through the motions, but not excited about actually being in the gym. I'm thinking about switching it up and maybe taking a few classes after work as well as getting a quick workout in before work every morning.
How are you staying motivated? Do you switch up your workouts every week? HELP!
