So last week I went on and on ...and on about my lack of motivation and switching up my workout. Remember? Well I'm here to let you know, switching up your workout helps ...A-LOT! I attended Zumba at the gym last Wednesday evening and LOVED every bit of it. I thought --- "a little light dancing," this should be a chill workout! Little did I know, Dana Roxas had other plans. She worked every inch of my body, but it was sooo much fun. I've attended Zumba before but it has nothing and I mean NOTHING on Dana's class. This will be my new Wednesday workout which makes me very excited.
