Are you preparing for Summer? As you can see via my social media I've been hitting the gym hard lately and wanted to share some of my morning routine with Y-O-U. I love getting a quick workout in before work just to get my blood flowing. I normally add a leg and arm day in the mix and have days where I just get tons of cardio in to give my muscles a rest. I hit the gym five days a week and use Saturday and Sunday as my rest days. Who's ready for crop top season? ...THIS GIRL.
