My love for box braids have grown ever since I saw Solo rocking hers last summer. I always wanted to try them but just thought they would be a little to hot last summer soooo I decided to get them the beginning of December and I NEVER WANT TO TAKE THEM OUT... LOL! I really enjoy them and the break I'm receiving from alway having my hands in my hair.
You've seen this picture of me before but the "BUN" is one of my favorite styles. This style is so convenient and stylish.
Are you loving the box braid styles? Are you thinking about getting some installed? I love mine and would recommend to anyone who wants to try. Make sure to keep your scalp moisturized and take care of your hair as normal. They are a great protective style, gives you a break from doing your hair, and stay stylish all at once.
yesss! I plan on getting some this summer. I DO NOT want to undergo what I did last year with my edges being all puffy and my hair being out of control although I went to the salon every week. Box braids it is!

I LOVE box braids but I know they tend to be a little heavy. How did you keep them from pulling on your edges?
